SugarnSpice Team in collaboration with Mahaveer Publishers launched a short story contest

July 26, 2011 - PRLog -- She will think something, say something, want something and end up doing something else!

If she is upset and you don’t ask her she is more upset, if you ask her she will be quiet and want to be left alone.

If you don’t compliment her there is a problem, if you compliment her then there is even a bigger problem.

If you select a dress for her, she suspect how do you know about fashion. If you don’t do that she says you just don’t care about her.

If you really loved the food she cooked for you, she smiles and say it could have been still better and if you tell her it could be still better then she says she is at least better cook than your mom!

She is incredible, confusing, lost and a big questionnaire.

But,

At the end of the day she is your bitter half Oopss! better half, your best friend, your savior, your lover, your shadow. But did you ever get a chance to let everyone know how your life is a kind of sugar n spice with her. How there is something different, something new everyday to look forward. How sometimes she is funny, stupid, an even an idiot? How her all experiments end on you and for sure she wants you to like it. How her one tear makes you go on your knee? How in her presence you feel cacophonic and while she is away you feel a void in your life?

We know you are smiling out there, because it’s so true. We, the, team Sugar N Spice Series in collaboration with Mahaveer Publishers are inviting original short stories in Non-fiction genre based on the following title :

"My Wife Gives Me Migraine"

We will be shortlisting 15 stories to be published in the series.

What we expect?

-Short story which is 1500 - 3000 words.
-Original work which is not published anywhere else.
-Good writing skills.
-Good story plot which is humorous, and witty.

Who can participate?

-Anyone who has original story
-Anyone who can write.
-For the first book in the series, entries are open for Indian citizens only.
