ZQJ seris desander unit
ZQJ250S desander unit is installed 10" cones 1-3 nos to meed more treating capacity applications and with a smal shaker with 1.0 M2 screen size . ZQJ250S desander unit will be different that without s shaker . This 2 model is working for small project will be better . For better drying functions GN also offers for much large screen shaker for desander unit , GN will make the cone frame onto a larger screen shale shaker.

Desander unit is a  assembly the shale shaker and desilter together to become a two scalp shaker desander, one is with small mesh screen( it can separate large particles out before entering into desander cone, to avoid of jam the desander cone outlet), the other one is large mesh screen( with the foundation of dewatering and separating small particles). Instead of one shale shaker and one desander, the two scalper decks desander is much more compact and cost-saved. Please contact GN freely
