Legacy Partners’ 1600 Vine Wins Multiple Prestigious National Housing Awards

Aug. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Irvine, CA – Legacy Partners’ project, 1600 Vine at Hollywood and Vine, capped off a year of accolades by winning five awards in one day in two highly regarded industry competitions. 1600 Vine was winner of two Grand Awards for Residential Project of the Year and Best Mixed Use Project in the 2011 Gold Nugget design and planning competition, the oldest and most prestigious design awards in the nation. They also were awarded an Award of Merit for Best Multi-Family Project Over 6 Stories.

On the same day, the project was honored by the National Apartment Association (NAA) Paragon Awards in Las Vegas as Best Community of the Year for 2011. They also captured Best Community Less Than 5 Years Old and Over 150 units. This annual award recognizes the multifamily housing industries’ top communities, employees and affiliate programs.

The Pacific Coast Builders Conference (PCBC) celebrated Gold Nugget winners June 23 in San Francisco as part of its annual conference for builders, developers and real estate professionals.

Gold Nugget and Paragon Award entries came from throughout the United States and internationally. This year had more than 400 entries. The Paragon Awards had 65 entries in the community awards category.
