Oldcastle Precast Inc. Purchases Enviro-Systems Corporation

Aug. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- August 2011: Scottsdale, Arizona — Oldcastle Precast, Inc., a premier provider of precast concrete products, today announced that it has acquired Enviro-Systems Corporation for an undisclosed amount.  Enviro-Systems, an Arizona based precast concrete company, specializes in the design, manufacture, and installation of precast concrete sewage treatment systems & equipment, water and wastewater treatment supply and disposal, water treatment consumables, water treatment and supply equipment products . Enviro-Systems has a three-acre production site close to Scottsdale in the city of Apache Junction.  They have served the Arizona market for over 20 years.  

Oldcastle Precast would like to welcome the addition of ENVIRO-SYSTEMS employees as well as their wet utility products to the Oldcastle family.

The expertise and manufacturing assets gained through this acquisition will provide Oldcastle Precast – Chandler with new capabilities of adding additional precast products to their already extensive product line.

The Oldcastle Precast - Chandler division was established in 1974 as Utility Vault Co. and is located in the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. The company has a state-of-the-art-facility and a team of dedicated employees focused on offering all its customers the latest precast product technologies and providing both Standard and Custom precast concrete solutions.
