The series ZYD-I Double-stage vacuum Transformer oil regeneration purifier not only provide dewaters, degases and remove impurities, but also remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discoloration.

Also it can vacuum filling oil to transformer, vacuum dry transformer and on-line operation transformer.

※Working Principle
The working principle: when this machine start working, the used oil will be injected into the primary filter under the pressure, the primary filter will remove the big impurities, then the oil which just contains the particles is heated by the heater. Then the treated oil enter into the vacuum separator, the vapor is separated from the oil and refrigerate to water under the process of the lowest-vacuum pressure and the degassing equipments. The last procedure is that the fine filter removes the particles completely. When need regeneration the oil, just open valve. The oil flow into regeneration device, the polarity material is removed and reach the purpose of purification. The Regeneration device recover deteriorated transformer oil and breaker oil through removing the acid content, suspended matter and precipitated residues from the oil.

9. The oil of any grades can be treated on line at the working site.
10. The Automatic oil purifier model is installed with PLC (Programmable logical control  system) which can control the equipment automatically to every stage of its process and ensure its process and ensure its safe operation on site and on line without human supervision.
11. Can be operated both on-line and off-line.

※Advantage: Comparing with the single-stage vacuum oil purifier, series ZYD-I adds ROOTS vacuum system, second stage of separating system to improve the effect of purification which dewaters, degases and removes impurities more quickly, more completely and make the oils limiting voltage-withstand value much higher. This machine also can remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly.
