Travis Wilcox Collection to showcase on Baltimore Fashion Week's opening night

Aug. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Designer Travis  Wilcox will showcase his Fall/Winter 2011 collection on opening night of Baltimore Fashion Week 2011 entitled "From the Earth to the Runway Creativity Never Dies,"  which will feature eco-friendly designs.

This luxurious collection is catered to young professionals who desire to feel beautiful and sexy all day long. Baltimore Fashion Week is excited to showcase the work of this talented designer.

The Travis Wilcox Collection invokes classic structure during the day and whimsical beauty at night. Setting himself apart from other designers in offering the full "Travis Wilcox" experience, Wilcox is also a licensed hairstylist and make-up artist. "Very few people can say that they look exactly like what the designer envisioned," Wilcox says. "I offer that moment to each of my clients."

Wilcox cites his love for fashion as the fire that keeps his candle burning: "We've been through a lot--from staff changes to health issues, but it's your love for fashion that helps you conquer it all."

Baltimore Fashion Week will host its official launch party--"the MYSTIQUE GALA"--Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at the Holiday Inn--Inner Harbor. Baltimore Fashion Week will run Thursday, August 18, 2011 through Sunday, August 21, 2011.
