Samurai SD/HD-SDI Recorder Direct to Apple ProRes at ProFlixSales

The unit uses standard 2.5 inch Hard Disk or Solid State Disk (SSD) allow for up to 16.5 hours recording per disk.  SSD are recommended for vibration sensitive or harsh recording environments.  

The Continuous Power system allows you to hot swap between 2 batteries.  Never have to stop recording while you deal with batteries. The tough Aluminum body is strong and lightweight.  A fully loaded Samurai with batteries and disk weighs less than 2 lbs.
