2. Hosted on a customer- owned server in an arrangement in which all administration and maintenance is managed by the customer.  
Multiple levels of authorization can be created in response to the customer’s needs. A three level example is:
1. Operator:
  Is permitted to select, segregate, sort and upload A/V content;   Is permitted to access or see the archived video,   Is not permitted to choose whom the video is to be sent.
2. Manager :
  Is permitted to view all the video uploaded, review the archived video generated by all  users , Check the status report of the converted videos. Select the time of broadcast, and the demography of the viewers and broadcast the video.
3. Super User:
  Has complete control over the root directory of the server.
  Has complete authority over that of the Operator and Manager.
  Create and modify the user through admin interface.
