PRLog -- "It looked like it was over" said Curcio. "I was ready to pack it up and get ready for the Mizuno Fall Finish in Lexington", but things changed quickly. Mike Huff who was the leader by 1.5 points over Curcio had few issues of his own as did Van Smith who was in 3rd place at the time and off the lead by 4 points. A series of unfortuante events dropped Huff down to 4th place and Smith out of the top 4. As usuual Brandon Berry sponsored by Weir Construction turned in another stellar performance as did Jeremy Bayse which ties Curcio and Berry for the lead and launched Bayse into the top 4. Bayse who left for Lexington this week to go back to the University of Kentucky where he is majoring in Psycology said "this is where I wanted to be, the last week in the top 4 the title is up for grabs." Curcio stated "I am suprised to be here this late in the competition. I really need to bring it for the last round!" Curcio sponsored by the Short Sale Assistance Program a company who helps Realtors and homeowners with short sale properties has a tournament at starts this Sunday at Belterra. See the final round of the Eagle Creek Men's League this Wednesday night August 31st at 6PM at Eagle Creek Golf Course in La Grange KY.
