The cards display charming and accessible subjects such as mythical animals and butterflies, but also provide easy-access windows to the deeper more complex worlds from which they originate. The greeting cards can be ordered anytime direct from Textile Gems™ , but for those wishing to experience more fully the magnificence of any area of Chinese art, NOW is the time to catch any or all of the five stellar and breathtaking exhibitions of Chinese art now on view—but only until September 11th, 2011 at the Milwaukee Art Museum The Milwaukee Museum of Art has been showing this summer an ambitious series, titled the Summer of CHINA . From the Museum; "This summer, enter a realm of majesty and mystery. Experience three thousand years of Chinese art and culture in five exhibitions at the Milwaukee Art Museum. This ambitious series, titled the Summer of CHINA, is part of a year-long celebration honoring the ten-year anniversary of the Museum’s Santiago Calatrava–designed Quadracci Pavilion." The summer of CHINA runs through September 11th.
