Document Technologies, Inc. Acquires Bridge City Legal

Sept. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Document Technologies, Inc. (DTI), the nation’s largest private independent provider of legal support services and document outsourcing, announced today its acquisition of Bridge City Legal, a leading discovery services provider based in Portland, Oregon. The addition of Bridge City Legal, including the company’s locations in Portland, OR and Boise, ID, expands DTI’s national footprint and serves to better support local and national sales and service delivery efforts. The acquisition also includes a court reporting division that specializes in complex and construction defect litigation.

Kim Allen will continue leading court reporting services.
