Meeting Management available in RARA e-Book

Sept. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- Do meeting have to be a waste of time or can they become a beneficial business investment?  Would it be great it there was a way to quickly learn how to manage meetings so that they run effectively and accomplish much more in less time?  Should there be a way to determine when a meeting is necessary or if another communication method would work just as well if not better?  

There is a book that can help make meetings shorter and more effective.  It is titled “R.A!R.A! R.A!R.A! has a workbook style that has explanatory text and illustrations for fast skill-building in meetings, as well as problem solving and decision making during meetings.  It also provides a list of common participatory meeting types and meeting methods.  The book also includes process flow charts, diagrams, and tables to aid knowledge building.  Plus it has many sample forms that may be reproduced for meeting use.  The writing is straightforward and clear, and the ideas are easy to understand, and well worth implementing in corporations to gain wizard-like mastery of time spent communicating with groups of all sizes and at any location.  The section on how to handle problems that may arise in meetings is very helpful for new meeting leaders and facilitators.
