Sept. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, September 14, Rainy Day Books welcomes author Jillian Maas Backman to a book tour event being held at Unity Temple Sanctuary in The Plaza, Kansas City, MO.  The event begins at 7pm.  Maas Backman will give a presentation surrounding the elements presented in her new book, BEYOND THE PEWS.  Afterwards there will be light refreshments and author book signing.

In this “interactive biography,” Jillian Maas Backman, the acclaimed Intuitive Life Facilitator and award winning radio host has woven the remarkable story of her life into a working lesson plan. The book guides readers along a journey of self-discovery and offers them valuable ways to connect to their own intuitive abilities. BEYOND THE PEWS is part poetry, part biography, and complete guide to personal and natural soulful communications. Interactive sections help readers understand their own faith experiences and explore their spiritual intuition while respecting religious doctrine. If you’d like to pick-up your Order at the door of this Event, choose In-Store Pick-Up as your shipping option and add in the Notes field that you’d like At-Event Pick-Up. Your Order will be held under your name at Will Call. The cut-off time for online ordering is 2:00 PM on the day of the Event.  A Stamped Admission Ticket is required for the Book signing.
