ACCE helps advance Legal Technology Education for In-House Counsel throughout Europe

Sept. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Munich, GERMANY 8 September, 2011 — The Association of Corporate Counsel Europe (ACCE), a peer forum for all in-house counsel in Europe, hosts the final stop in Frankfurt of the ACC Europe Technology Roadshow education series for the legal community, in partnership with Datacert and Autonomy.

Following successful events in Zurich, Paris, and London the series will come to a close this week in Frankfurt on 9 September. Aimed at the European in-house legal community, this final event will cover the emergence of legal technologies and offer guidance on how to use integrated systems for strategic legal processes such as managing legal cases, intellectual property, legal spend, risk management, compliance, privacy, data protection, among other topics.

The Frankfurt event will feature presentations from Datacert and Autonomy that offer insight about the current legal technology landscape and new strategies that are being adopted by legal departments and law firms. Specifically, Datacert will outline how preparing for the future requires legal executives to become business leaders in their organizations by embracing technology.  Autonomy will then highlight the legal departments role in managing risk, compliance and new robust technologies that help with this. These presentations will be followed by interactive discussions and Q&A to explore further the benefits of adopting new technology and discuss the key differences of the solutions on the market today.
