Sections will focus on these categories: Emerging Needs for Semiconductors and PVs, Technology Development/ The opening session will include a presentation on business aspects of the water and microelectronics industries that will be followed by technical papers on key issues related to semiconductor- UPW Micro 2011 will also feature tabletop exhibits, and offer attendees the chance to meet and network with others active in semiconductor water treatment.
