The switches support Full HD 1080p resolutions.

Black Box offers the switch in two versions: the AVSW-DP2X1, which supports DisplayPort digital video and audio connectivity and push button switching control, and the AVSW-DP2X1A, which features separate analog 3.5-mm audio ports and the option to also control switching via a serial connection or using the included IR remote control.
