Callaway X Hybrid Gave me Smooth Hit

Sept. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- The Callaway X hybrid has been a great addition to my set. My regular 4 was inconsistent, now it is a smooth hit to the green from 210 – 220 yards. I still prefer my regular 4 out of thick rough though.

The Modified X Golf Clubs Sale provides extreme versatility, cutting through thick rough and gliding over tight fairways to ensure crisp contact with the ball. The S2H2 technology saves weight and allows it to be redistributed to the perimeter of the club head for increased stability and forgiveness. By having the shaft pass through the club head, it brings it closer to the point of impact for improved feel and quicker feedback. The Variable Face Thickness enlarges the effective hitting area by making the face thinner towards the perimeter of the face for higher ball speed across a larger portion of the club face.

The X Hybrid is noticeably larger than many other hybrids on the market. Some feel that a larger club helps with confidence while others prefer a slightly more compact look. The overall cosmetics are pleasing and the unique is quite eye-catching.  

Increased perimeter weighting with an optimized center of gravity position brings a high moment of inertia for greater stability and increased trajectory control.

The X Hybrids feature a slightly more compact head, but with quite a bit of internal weighting for maximum forgiveness in a fairway wood. They borrowed their VFT Technology from previous designs as well. The VFT Technology stands for Variable Face Thickness, this allows the designers to make the areas of the face much hotter by being able to control the thickness of the entire face, giving the middle of the sweet spot more "pop" at impact while the perimeter of the face is kept a little thicker for added control on off center hits.

These will be in my bag, as long as I can carry them. Much more carry and loft than my irons, and they swing like butter. Drove the green on the first time out with the original 2H, and nearly got a hole in one.
