Zodda joins Michael Potters, CEO, and Kate Potters, COO, as a leading decision-maker within the organization. In addition to his new responsibilities, he will continue his recruitment efforts for key technology positions, working closely with Am Law 150 firms and top technology vendors, as well as play a stronger role in strategic development opportunities for the firm.

Zodda has worked with Glenmont Group for the past six years of his recruiting career. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA. He also received his technical certification in Sarbanes-Oxley.
