Well over 500 attendees toured three model homes at the Grand Opening event while enjoying indoor appetizers, an outdoor lunch, magic performances, caricature creations, and ‘50s bebop tunes.

The Classic Collection will feature 1-story single family homes of 1,471 – 2,356 square feet. Priced from $269,900, these 3 bedroom/2 bath/2-car garage homes will offer an option for a fourth bedroom loft.  Completing the community, The Premier Collection will feature ranch single family homes priced from the low $300s. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 – 2.5 baths, and 2-car garages, these 2,083 – 2,534 square foot homes will include formal dining rooms, with options for a fourth bedroom loft, a formal living room, and a sunroom. This collection can be expanded upon request to approximately 3,000 square feet with optional rooms and room extensions.

In addition to these fabulous homes, construction will soon begin on an impressive 6,350 square foot Clubhouse at Four Seasons at Renaissance.
