Asperity wins Fast Growth Service Business of the Year, and Fast Growth Business of the Year award

Asperity Employee Benefits Ltd, which provides bespoke employee benefit schemes to a wealth of companies across the UK, triumphed at the prestigious Fast Growth Business Awards 2011, walking away with the coveted ‘Winner of Winners’ title of Fast Growth Business of the Year. Asperity also picked up the Service Business of the Year award, which celebrates outstanding service by a chosen company in the UK.

The gala awards ceremony, organised by GrowingBusiness.co.uk and sponsored by NatWest, took place Tuesday evening, at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London. Committed to recognising pioneering businesses; those which demonstrate significant growth and entrepreneurial flair, the esteemed awards celebrated the UK’s most outstanding companies and the people running them.

The winner of each category was chosen by top judges from a range of industry sectors: James Averdieck, founder of premium quality dessert producer, GϋPuds, Mike Soutar, chief executive of Shortlist Media; publisher of the most widely circulated men’s magazine in the country and Richard Reed, co-founder of Innocent Drinks, to name a few.

-   Have generated revenues for at least 2 years by 31 December 2010
-   Have had revenues of at least £1 million in their last 12 months’ trading (except for New Business of the Year)
-   Have fewer than 500 employees at 31 December 2010
-   Be UK based
