iPhone App to Track Your Health

About howRU
howRU is the first of a new generation of very simple patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs). It is applicable to all types of patient, irrespective of diagnosis, treatment or care setting. howRU helps patient to track their own health day by day, by recording how you feel, physically and mentally, and how much you can do.  It only takes a couple of seconds every day and displays a nice graphical chart which you can share with your doctor.  This is really useful because it is very hard to remember just how you felt even a few days ago.
