Family Health Network Joins Forces With Reaching Your Goals, Inc.

Oct. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – Family Health Network is pleased to announce a partnership with Reaching Your Goals, Inc., a North Carolina certified Critical Access Behavioral Health Agency (CABHA) organization providing behavioral health services for youth and adults.  Reaching Your Goals, Inc. will use Family Health Network’s Connected for Life platform to assist with increasing patient engagement (both quality and frequency of interactions), medication adherence, optimizing case manager efficiency and quantifying data outcomes for reporting requirements.
