Toronto's Stacie Ikka Brings Corporate Approach to the World of Love

Oct. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Always the social butterfly with a certain magnetism, she was labelled as “boy crazy” by her friends, family and teachers. As a teenager she was encouraged by her many friends – both male and female – to pursue a career as a psychiatrist because of the sound advice she was well-known for dispensing. As an adult she earned a professional reputation as an enigmatic leader, a trustworthy coach, a supreme relationship and business developer, a sophisticated problem-solver, an innovative team-builder and a key decision-maker, all the while maintaining her status as "go-to girl” for her friends and family, who regularly sought both professional and personal counsel and who lived vicariously through her active and full social calendar.

In 2010, while fulfilled in her career, Stacie felt something was missing and grew restless. While in pursuit of new opportunities the proverbial light bulb lit up and she had an epiphan. What she was meant to do had suddenly become obvious and, in hindsight, it seemed as though everything she had experienced to date had only served to prepare her for her calling as a matchmaker and dating coach. Stacie’s interests and hobbies are as varied and diverse as her clientele and her passion is bringing love into people’s lives, including her own.

Today relationships are Stacie's business.

Sitting in A Tree is the dream job that she never dared to dream of. Her original career goal was to be a cardiologist, which she pursued until university. Matters of the heart, it seems, have always been her calling. Life lead her on a different path and instead she earned a degree in Business Administration. In addition to four successful years as an Executive Search Consultant early in her career, Stacie went on to become a well-respected and passionate leader in the corporate sector, who specialized in (among other fields) coaching and development, emotional and social intelligence, conflict resolution, effective communication, organizational design, operational efficiency and complex problem-solving.

The common thread in Stacie’s career – and throughout her personal journey (which has been a bit of a bumpy ride) - has been her talent in achieving superior results, often amidst adversity, while building and maintaining positive relationships. She has an innate ability to relate to, and connect with, others while offering insightful advice and inspiring action…making her uniquely suited as an exceptional love and life strategist.
