Oct. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Joel Drake along with Guy and Ilan Ferdman stepped on stage to receive the Rising Star Award.  The Rising Star Award honors PRO members who are showing a consistent and growing level of results in the previous six months.

Aaron and Sophia Rashkin, Ann Sieg, and iGlobal Pros were awarded with Master Marketing Awards.  These awards recognize the highest level of production in the last six months.

Upon receiving her award, Sieg was asked what drives her speedy results, having just joined PRO Elite in June 2011.

“I am a sponge for information,” Sieg said.  “I listen in on the calls my Marketing Partner Justin Woolf holds with new team members, and I started implementing tactics that I have learned from him.  I know he is learning from me as well, which makes the Marketing Partner dynamic so special and unique to this community.”

The Marketing Partner program is unique to the PRO Elite membership.  This program pairs top producers with new members who are getting their feet wet in online entrepreneurship.  Marketing Partners work closely with their own business coach to support their teams, following up with client inquiries, closing sales, and providing an intimate level of training above and beyond the PRO Elite curriculum.

With the new Marketing Program comes new levels of recognition.  At MME8, Aaron and Sophia Rashkin were awarded with the Marketing Partner of the year award.  Their business coach, Dave Rhea was awarded with the Business Coach of the year.  Their team recognition on stage was reflected by the high number of committed Rashkin team members in the audience.

The final new award that PRO Elite unveiled was the Servant Leadership Award, given to Matthew and Christine Kominiak.  Matthew volunteers his time to introduce calls during the week, support trainers, and archives weekly online events.  As he received the award with his wife Christine, Kominiak noted, “I love to serve the trainers as they serve the community, but this award really goes to Christine.  She has made tremendous sacrifices so that I can spend so much time side by side with the PRO leaders.”

PRO Elite CEO Jay Kubassek remarked of the award recognitions: “We want to recognize that at the core of these awards are service and heart in our ‘Thank You Economy.’  Thank you to all the Leaders for your generosity to new entrepreneurs.”
