ADVANCE Healthcare Job Fairs Are Heading Your Way!

Oct. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- ADVANCE is hitting the open road with ADVANCE Healthcare Job Fairs.  They’re the best way for job-seekers and potential employees to come together and meet face-to-face.

On October 25, 2011, ADVANCE will be making its stop in New York City, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (655 West 34th Street, New York, NY 10001).  Our job fairs offer a large number of jobs in a number of different healthcare fields, including nursing, rehabilitation, imaging, speech pathology and audiology, respiratory, medical laboratory, long-term care, clinical, and healthy aging. Students and professionals have the chance to meet and greet representatives from a variety of hiring facilities.  Attendees can distribute resumes, collect information, interview and apply for jobs on the spot. With so many employers present who are looking to find qualified staff now and for the future, it’s one job fair healthcare professionals should not miss.

Attendees can also take part in five hours of free educational sessions on vital healthcare topics from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.  Free refreshments are served and attendees are eligible for free games and prizes.  Some of the prizes include a Visa gift card, cash and a portable DVD player.  Each show includes the ADVANCE Healthcare Shop booths on-site.  There, visitors can browse a wide assortment of merchandise, from unique healthcare gifts to uniforms and professional gear.
