New Jazz Brunch and Holiday Meals at Hyatt SFO

Oct. 24, 2011 - PRLog -- Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport – Burlingame has a reputation for serving up great spreads and now two of the hotel’s restaurants are continuing that tradition with Sunday Champagne Jazz Brunch and Football Season Breakfast Specials.  Additionally, the hotel will be host to holiday buffets for both Thanksgiving and Christmas that will offer traditional favorites.

Sunday Champagne Jazz Brunch in Swiftwater Café
The popular Sunday Champagne Jazz Brunch features live jazz music 75+ items in the hearty and colorful buffet. Available on Sundays from 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., the sumptuous feast offers a wide array of choices, including:
•   Seafood display
•   Made-to-order omelets and pancakes
•   Sushi
•   Carving stations
•   Gourmet waffles and breakfast classics
•   Authentic specialty and local dishes
•   Refreshing salads
•   Dessert station filled with freshly created and beautifully decorated treats

The price for brunch is $42.00 for adults (13+); $37.80 for seniors (age 65 and older); and $21.00 for children (5-12).  Children four and under are complimentary.  Prices vary for holidays.

Football Season Breakfast Specials in Knuckles
   For those who want to enjoy a hearty breakfast while taking in their favorite NFL Football games, Knuckles Historic Sports Bar is featuring Breakfast Specials to kick off the day.  Available Sunday mornings from 9:00-11:30 a.m., each of the menu items is $9.00, including a choice of the following:
~ Breakfast Sliders --- Scrambled eggs, chorizo, hash browns, white cheddar cheeses and Dijon spread on warm buttermilk biscuits ~
~ French Toast Strips --- Thick sourdough bread strips soaked in vanilla crème and sprinkled with powdered sugar.  Served with Maple syrup and warm berry compote ~
~ Smoked Chicken and Potato Hash --- Tri-colored potatoes sautéed with chicken breast, onions and mushrooms.  Topped with two cage free eggs cooked any style and hollandaise sauce.

Holiday Buffets
   In addition to the weekly Sunday Champagne Jazz Brunch, Switfwater will be home for holiday buffets on Thanksgiving and Christmas.  In addition to select weekly brunch offerings, holiday specialties will include Prime Rib of Beef, Brown Sugar-Honey Baked Ham, Rosemary, Garlic Crusted Leg of Lamb and Roasted Turkey. Prices for holiday buffets are $60.00 for adults (13+); and $30.00 for children (5-12).  Children four and under are complimentary.  Buffets will be served from Noon to 5:00 p.m. on both Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
