Brookhaven, Miss. Glass Doctor Franchise Owner Named Franchisee of the Year at Annual Conference

Oct. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Brad Roberson of Glass Doctor of Brookhaven was honored as the 2010 Glass Doctor Franchisee of the Year during The Dwyer Group®’s 2011 Reunion held Oct. 19 – 22 at the Indianapolis JW Marriott.

“This is the highest honor given to a Glass Doctor franchisee. Brad epitomizes the term ‘growth.’ He and his team have excelled despite economic and personal challenges,” President of Glass Doctor Mark Dawson said.

The Franchisee of the Year Award is presented to the franchisee who has consistently grown his or her business through the Glass Doctor training system and has achieved a consistently high level of success through quality and professional service.

“I recently had the chance to sit down with Brad and his wife and asked a question, ‘What do you think it takes to be successful in business?’ His response was immediate and direct.  Brad told us failure was not an option. Brad and his wife are an example to all of us that hope, faith and perseverance can overcome obstacles and realize dreams,” Dawson said.

“It has been a long road but a great ride,” Roberson said. “I’ve had a lot of help, and there’s always someone who’s been there before. I didn’t expect to win, and I couldn’t have gotten here by myself.”

Roberson purchased the franchise in 2003.
