Lennar Announces New Community of Pleasant Ridge, with 36 Home Sites Available Soon in Matthews

Nov. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Leading national homebuilder Lennar is has purchased land to develop its newest community of Pleasant Ridge, which will consist of 36 home sites in Matthews just off I-485 near the intersection of Pleasant Plains and McKee roads.
