Jim Cullum Joins Blue Skye Lending

Nov. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL – Jim Cullum, a reverse mortgage specialist, has joined Blue Skye Lending, a full service mortgage brokerage firm based in Lakewood Ranch.  

His goal is to educate seniors about the potential benefits of reverse mortgages, and to help determine if this kind of loan program is right for them. Reverse mortgages are a loan product for people over the age of 62 that converts the equity in their home into cash, enabling them to receive a monthly income stream.

Cullum received an extensive education in finance at The Regan School of Economics at Merrill Lynch. He worked for Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant for five years in the San Francisco Bay area. He and his wife moved to Sarasota in 2003. He is a member of the Manatee Association of Realtors and is chairman of the outreach program at Harvest United Methodist Church.
