Lennar's Coastal Carolinas Division Honored with Three Prestigious Prism Awards

Nov. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Charleston Trident Home Builders Association has honored the Coastal Carolinas Division of Lennar, one of the nation’s top homebuilders, with three esteemed PRISM Awards recognizing excellence in the homebuilding industry.  

Presented each year to homebuilders, remodelers, developers, contractors, sales and marketing professionals and others who have demonstrated excellence in the industry, the PRISM Awards recognized Lennar and its Coastal Carolinas team in numerous categories.  

Lennar took home some of the evening’s top awards, including the PRISM Award for Best TV Commercial, a 30-second spot which highlights Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included™ package featuring the luxury items that come standard in a Lennar home’s base price.  

Other top honors awarded to Lennar included Best Sales and Information Center at the Jessamine Welcome Home Center and Best Model Home for the Jessamine, both part of the Peninsula Collection in Summerville’s Wentworth Hall.

Individual PRISM Awards went to Lennar Charleston Director of Sales Ann Ivey, who won Sales Manager of the Year for the second year in a row.  Four Lennar New Home Consultants shared this year’s Million Dollar Circle Award for closing more than one million dollars in new home sales, including Hunters Bend’s Tina Jones and Linda Morse, The Abbey at Spring Grove’s Sam Broadway and Wentworth Hall’s Ab Sanchez.
