Nov. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Raleigh, NC - November 16, 2011 -- Computer Service Partners (CSP), an industry leader in managed IT services, has announced that the company has hired four new engineers in recent months for its Managed Services staff.

CSP’s award-winning Managed Services offer proactive remote monitoring and management of voice and data networks which, when combined with scheduled on-site maintenance, insures optimal network performance, minimizes unscheduled downtime, and maximizes IT productivity -- all at a predictable flat monthly cost.

All four of CSP’s latest staff additions will be working in CSP’s Managed Services Network Operations Center. The new staff members are:
• Tommy Beaird, Senior Network Engineer
• Brian Andrews, Network Operations Center Engineer
• Ian Exum, Network Operations Center Engineer
• Michael Pallante, Network Operations Center Engineer

Tommy Beaird has a Bachelors degree in Information Systems/Networking and over 14 years of network engineering experience. His industry certifications include: MCSE/CCNA/CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications. Tommy also works as a Networking Instructor teaching Microsoft courses focused on desktop and server technologies.

Brian Andrews has a Bachelors degree in Information Systems and more than four years of various IT troubleshooting and resolution experience.

Ian Exum has an Associates degree and more than three years of IT support experience. His industry certifications include: CompTIA A+/Security+, Network+, as well as Microsoft Certified Professional certifications.

Michael Pallante has a Bachelors degree from NCSU and more than two years of IT support experience. His industry certifications include: CompTIA A+/Network+ and MCP certifications.
