Even better than kissing? Yes, a better way to send love to loved ones across the country!A Miami-based gourmet chocolate shop announces a new line of service for customers who want to send love to friends, families and loved ones—whether they live in another state… or across town.
By: Melisa Misley “Kisses are hard to send,” says Bigai. “How can you wrap them up in a package? Our customers come to us because they want to say thank you... congratulations… Research has long linked positive feeling with chocolate. According to the BBC News, one recent study in England even concluded that a little chocolate actually gave people more of an intense buzz and increased heart rate than kissing. According to psychologist Sue Wright, "chocolate contains phenyl ethylamine which can raise levels of endorphins, the pleasure-giving substances, in the brain. It also contains caffeine, which has a stimulatory effect on the brain. But Bigai is convinced that sending chocolate doesn’t just positively affect the person who receives and enjoys Romanicos’ mouthwatering chocolate. “The more we communicate our gratitude, appreciation and love to those we are close to,” she says, “the happier we become, too.” So Bigai has made it her personal mission to make it easier for customers to send a personal greeting along with a perfect, tantalizing box of chocolates. Now, customers can send in a family picture, crayon drawing or other design along with their order (or use one of Romanicos’ ready-to-use designs). Romanicos’ in-house design shop prints the image onto an original greeting card, and then uses vintage photo corners to hold the card in place on the top of the chocolate box. The service is available for one box of chocolates, and offers special savings starting with 15 boxes. Details on Romanicos’ gift options can be found on the Chocolate Shop's website. Spread love.
