Evangeline Gomez Appointed To The Steering Group Of The International Family Law Committee Of ABA

Nov. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Evangeline Gomez has been appointed to the Steering Group for the International Family Law Committee of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association (ABA). Ms. Gomez is a counsel in the Rutherford-based law firm of Fahy Choi LLC and focuses her practice in the area of family, non-profit and business law.  

She is a graduate of the Rutgers School of Law-Newark and the Ohio State University and is a member of the American Bar Association.   Ms. Gomez was named 40 under 40 by New Jersey Law Journal 2011. She is a contributor to Forbes.com and serves on the Board of Trustees at Rutgers University. She is the recipient of the 2011 Women of Achievement Award for the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey, and the co-founder of Student Achievement Network, a charity that provides mentoring opportunities to junior and high school students.  

The ABA Section of International Law, which has more than 20,000 members in 90 countries, is the leader in the development of policy in the international arena, the promotion of the rule of law, and the education of international law practitioners.
