Lennar Hires Award-Winning New Home Consultants at Traditions at Bella Casa and The Park at Westlake

Nov. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- Lennar, one of the Triangle’s leading homebuilders, has hired Elaine Bridges as a new home consultant at The Park at Westlake and Lee Anne Suttles as a new home consultant at Traditions at Bella Casa, both in Apex.  Potential homebuyers are sure to benefit from Bridges’ and Suttles’ vast experience and expertise in the residential real estate industry.

Bridges, a native of Greenville, N.C., joins Lennar after holding positions at a number of prominent real estate firms in the Raleigh area.  She is a member of the Raleigh Board of Realtors, was recognized with a 2007 Triangle Business Journal Women in Business Award and has earned numerous sales volume awards in the Triangle market.  Bridges is now assisting homebuyers at Lennar’s The Park at WestLake, a community that features single-family homes priced from the $230s to $270s.  The Park at WestLake boasts floor plans ranging from 2,500 to just over 2,900 square feet and offering four or five bedrooms, two and a half baths and a two-car garage.  

Suttles graduated from the University of South Carolina – Upstate with a degree in business administration and has most recently worked as a new home consultant for Lennar in Charlotte, where she was a member of Charlotte Regional Realtors Association and Realtors Alliance.  Suttles has earned multiple Million Dollar Circle Awards from the National Association of Home Builders as well as the National Sales and Marketing Council.  As a new home consultant for Lennar, Suttles will be supporting Traditions at Bella Casa, which offers single-family homes that range from 2,100 to nearly 3,400 square feet and are priced from the low $300s.  Available plans offer three to five bedrooms, two and a half to three and half bathrooms and a two-car garage.
