The OSU Vagina Monologues to Host Local Benefit Concert, METAL C*NT!

Dec. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- (COLUMBUS, OHIO) The Vagina Monologues and Metal music, two topics that would otherwise seem unusual in the same sentence have joined forces in a local concert for which a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Ohio State University Vagina Monologues!

METAL CUNT. A V-DAY BENEFIT SHOW! is a collaborative effort between Columbus, Ohio metal act Arise The Titan, publicity force Ebony Jeanette PR and V-DAY at The Ohio State University. This local metal show will benefit the production of The OSU Vagina Monologues taking place February 2012 at OSU main campus.

The award-winning play is based on V-Day Founder/playwright Eve Ensler's interviews with more than 200 women. With humor and grace the piece celebrates women's sexuality and strength. Through this play and the liberation of this one word, countless women throughout the world have taken control of their bodies and their lives. For more than twelve years, The Vagina Monologues has given voice to experiences and feelings not previously exposed in public.

Columbus extreme metal outfit ARISE THE TITAN will headline the V-Day fundraiser show, raising awareness with a unique and fun experience that will reverberate throughout the Ohio State University campus and surrounding area.
