Lennar Gives Homebuyers Thousands Off Their New Home As "Blue Christmas" Present

Dec. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- To celebrate the holiday season Lennar is hosting Blue Christmas events at its 12 communities throughout the Atlanta metro area on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 11, from 1 to 6 p.m.  

Signifying the builder’s new “blue look” which it adopted a few months ago in honor of its one-year anniversary in Atlanta, Lennar is inviting everyone – from current residents to those looking for their new home – to its family-friendly Blue Christmas celebrations.  Guests will enjoy blue-themed holiday fun such as making ornaments and having photos taken with Santa, who will be decked out in his best blue suit.  Attendees can also register for a chance to win a 50-inch television and Blu-ray DVD player while partaking in blue holiday refreshments, from blue cookies and candy, to coffee and hot chocolate.

Lennar is even giving potential homebuyers an exciting holiday gift by offering up to $10,000 toward a future Lennar home when they purchase between now and the end of the year.  This special incentive can be used toward upgrades, closing costs, extras or even a cost reduction in the home’s base price.
