Child Health Groups To Call for Robust Assessment of
Hydrofracking Health Impacts

Concerns About Children, School Drinking Water, Air Quality
to be Raised at Albany Press Conference Tuesday

State and national children’s advocates and child health groups will call on New York State officials to broaden their assessments of the impacts of high volume hydraulic fracturing (hydrofracking) as a method of tapping underground natural gas deposits to include child health impacts and impacts on schools.
