2) Documents required to submit a claim ?
3) Documentation required to collect on a claim ?
4) Documentation required to validate "KNAUF" Brand drywall installed in the structure ?
5) Specific "GLOBAL" certified and validated corrective Protocol ?
6) Who approves or rejects claims, documents, and unknown guidelines ?
7) How are structures with "multiple" CDW / TCDW Brands handled ?
8) How many Knauf Brand CDW / TCDW boards required to collect ?
9) Will settlement amounts be based on actual number of confirmed KNAUF Brand boards ?

Just a few SIMPLE QUESTIONS that require answers and details ...

I would strongly suggest victims or consumers request, demand, require, and force ...

FULL and DETAILED DISCLOSURE of the above mentioned issues by Judge Fallon and the PSC (Plaintiffs Steering Committee) for review, questions, and clarification BEFORE final Judge Fallon APPROVAL.
