 “We are all used to seeing retailers offer what seems to be an inflated MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price) or “List” price, but Canadian Tire seems to be saying that $1999.99 is their “Regular” price and $799.98 is some sort of incredible deal,” Mr. Ross went on to mention.
 One can find the LS10T on Runreviews.com, a major running and jogging website. There the treadmill magically appears when you set your price at the “$500 to $1000” setting. Dick’s Sporting Goods’ website, a major retailer in the US, sells the LS10T regularly for $799.98!?! Dick’s Sporting Goods seems to feel a little guilty (or cognizant of recent court rulings!) about even quoting the “List Price” of $1999.99*. The bottom of their page states, “*List price is for reference only. No sales may have occurred at this price.”
 “If no sales may have occurred at that price according to one of the world’s largest online sports equipment retailers,” Mr. Ross wonders “how many has Canadian Tire sold for $1999.99 in Canada?”
 Mr. Ross added that he "just wants a level playing field in the fitness industry, especially because Fitness Depot (http://www.fitnessdepotottawa.com) offers Canada wide lowest price guarantees."
