Forklift Parts & Service Sales Manager Announced

Dec. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- Jonathan Watts is named Product Support Sales Manager at Ring Power Lift Trucks, and comes with 14 years of management and sales experience. Formerly of Green South Equipment, Watts worked as service manager, sales and finance manager and as a facility general manager. Watts also served on the Business Development Board for the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of the Clay County Cattlemen's Association and on the advisory board of the Academy of Agri-Science for Middleburg High School in Middleburg, Fla. Watts brings a comprehensive back ground and diverse perspective.

Watts is responsible for ensuring Ring Power’s Product Support Representatives are experts at providing customers with the best value for machine support, operator training, damage prevention, and an understanding of efficiencies and versatility in our machine support services. He is tasked with communicating Ring Power Lift Trucks’ overall value equation to customers and ensuring their material handling service needs are met.

He will ensure the optimum packaging of parts sales for customers who want to do their own service; appropriate support contracts for customers who chose to share support responsibilities with Ring Power; and contracts for those customers wanting Ring Power to manage all aspects of machine support.
