Reviews cover selected DVDs, such as the Yoga dvd from Stronger Seniors, and of an article entitled "Aging Gracefully."

Poetry and creativity selections include, "Evolution of a Pose" and "Partner Musicality," which details the making a music dance video by Adan and his wife Sheila.

Additional original poetry has recently been added, including "Middle School Teacher" "Special Education" and "Nursing".

Adan adds, smiling, "My wife Sheila and I are both young seniors, and enjoy learning how to be healthier and happier."
