Florida Public Relations Association, SW Florida Chapter, offers new member orientation session

Dec. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- The Florida Public Relations Association, Southwest Florida Chapter, invites new members of less than two years and anyone interested in membership to an informative orientation session to be held on Tuesday, January 10 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre. Attendees will learn how FPRA, local and statewide, can help enhance your profession and career. FPRA will be launching its new membership engagement program providing new members with a plan to make the most of FPRA membership with fun ways to get to know industry colleagues. Jessica Clark, APR and Melissa Simontis, APR will be facilitating this informal session before the Chapter’s monthly program. Following the orientation meeting, the organization’s regular business luncheon will be held from 11:15 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre, where Karen Ryan, APR, CPRC will offer tips on how to create a successful and solid Public Relations Plan.
