| ![]() ¡Ayuda! Answering the Bi-Lingual Call for “Help!”Quest Behavioral Health can now communicate EAP benefits to Spanish-speaking employees with new communications. Bilingual on-site presentations, print and online materials and additional providers target companies with non-English speaking employees.
New capabilities include posters, explanation of benefit forms and Help cards written in Spanish, as well as on-site Employee and Supervisor Orientations presented in Spanish. Quest’s Member Service department, available 24/7, is able to assist Spanish-speaking callers through onsite staff or translation services. The secure Work/Life balance website, where users can access wellness, health assessments, videos and interactive behavioral health features, is available in both English and Spanish. “Expanding our Employee Assistance Program to include Spanish-language services enables Quest to reach and effectively serve more area employers with diverse workforces,” # # # Started in 1997, Quest Behavioral Health administers behavioral health plan benefits and provides employee assistance programs for more than 120,000 employees in the Mid-Atlantic region through a network of 1,100 credentialed providers.
