Dec. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- FL     It All Adds Up, an accounting firm based in Southwest Florida,  has recently launched a national Public Relations and Marketing campaign in an effort to educate small business owners about best accounting practices.  The campaign includes educational resources, such as a Blog site (found at http://www.italladdsupaccounting.blogspot.com ), social media postings with accounting tips, an email campaign, speaking engagements, and press releases around the topics of accounting, bookkeeping, and Quickbooks for small to medium sized businesses.  The company is also in the process of having a newly designed website created, which will provide additional informational resources.  
“My primary goal is to educate business owners about some of the best practices in accounting and bookkeeping, and help them avoid some common mistakes often made in small or medium sized businesses,” said Pat Vavrek, Owner, It All Adds Up.  “If people spend all of their time researching this information, or trying to do their own accounting without this knowledge, it can start to hinder their own business’ productivity.  My hope is that, through these various public relations efforts, I can do my part to help the business community.”
Pat Vavrek has served as the keynote speaker for the Small Business Development Center, and will be speaking to the group again in January.  It All Adds Up has employed the help of an independent Public Relations and Marketing agent, Julie Digby, to assist the company in implementing the PR campaign, both locally and nationally online.
