Join Cooke in discovering how you can build community in the garden for your neighborhood and the environment!
By: Ariana Morin Eugene will discuss non-dogmatic philosophy about meditations on nature, the concept of karma and how we can get back in touch with the seasons, cycles of the moon and our own center through gardening. Learn how the garden encourages a cleaner diet, sharing & giving and helps us to reconnect to our center. Eugene will inspire you with both ideas and practical information to begin connecting growing food with your health and wellness. Sow some gardening karma – bring some cuttings from your garden to share with the group! Snacks will be provided. Pre-registration strongly recommended.
