It is not your fault you don't know these natural, simple techniques used by the Okinawans for self defense and for their own better health.  

Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn what the Okinawan Karate Masters teach their fellow Okinawans.

Join us at the Christian Center School gym, 5411 Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA to learn these simple and natural, yet so effective, traditional self defense techniques.
Class times:
Monday and Thursday at 7 pm for all students.
Tuesday at 7 pm for black and brown belts.
Saturday at 9:30 am for all students.

Parents attending class may bring children from the 5th grade and above if they are mature enough to participate in this type of class.

The karate style we teach is Beikoku Shidokan Shorin-ryu (Kobayashi).
Our instructor is a 7th Degree black belt that has studied directly under Grand Master, 10th Degree, Seikichi Iha, since 1979.  Seikichi Iha is the senior student of past Grand Master Katsuya Miyahira who formed the Shidokan.  Miyahira was senior student of Grand Master Chosin Chibana who formed the Kobayashi Shorin-ryu.
