2012 Lifeguard Training and Certification Dates in Orange County Announced!

Jan. 9, 2012 - PRLog -- CPRTrainingPro.com in partnership with Safe Swim just announced the 2012 American Red Cross Lifeguard training dates for Orange County California.

Includes the new American Red Cross Lifeguarding Program (releasing Jan. 2012)

Lifeguard training candidates must be at least 15 years of age, able to demonstrate 300-yards continuous swim, using the front crawl and breaststroke, and able to retrieve a submerged 10 lb weight from 7 feet of water, then swim 20-yards with the weight using legs only within 1 minute 40 seconds .

Upon successful course completion, lifeguard training candidates will receive an American Red Cross Lifeguarding and Standard First Aid certificate valid for 2 years, and a CPR/AED for Lifeguards certificate valid for 2 years.
