In addition, she will play an active role in new business development for Florida. Straub’s expertise spans portfolio management acquisitions, dispositions, property repositioning, and renovations. Prior to joining Riverstone, Straub served as Vice President of Operations for the Bainbridge portfolio located in the Southeastern U.S. and was instrumental in the growth and development of their property management operations. Previously, she was a Regional Manager for Trammell Crow Residential Services in South Florida with oversight of 5,100 units.
