The Journey to Health & Wellness for 4 Women Begins Jan. 30th on “The Balancing Act” on Lifetime

Jan. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- (Pompano Beach, FL)  After multiple casting calls, auditions and screen tests, four Reality Stars between the ages of 20-60 have been chosen for “A Lifetime of Health & Wellness Makeover™.”   “The Balancing Act,” which airs on Lifetime Television, has put together a demanding program for these Reality Stars which will include working with the nation’s top experts in health, nutrition, fitness, beauty, lifestyle and empowerment.
 
The journey begins on January 22nd in San Diego, California at the Premier Fitness Camp, La Costa Resort and Spa where the four women will go through a complete physical evaluation with the camp experts followed by their week long boot camp.

The journey continues on as “The Balancing Act” takes the Reality Stars to the L.A. FIT Expo in Los Angeles.  On January 28th and 29th they will be introduced to the fitness world, receiving the education and inspiration they need for their six month journey.
