Adams Homes introduces new architectural designs in Tampa

Jan. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- In an effort to keep up with consumer demand, Adams Homes’ Tampa, Florida division introduces new elevations reflective of the spirit and culture of the Tampa Bay area.

Principal Designer, Mike Keesee, CPBD, AIBD with Keesee and Associates, Inc. was tasked by Adams Homes to review four of the company's most popular home designs built in the Tampa area to see if there was an opportunity to design new elevations. Mike Keesee said this, “With Adams Homes’ west coast office headquarters in Tampa, where “Old World” architecture is so prevalent, we decided to play off of the time proven design of Ybor City.  Though not wanting to do a complete plan change, we used design elements in the elevation that would work seamlessly within the existing plan structure.  By keeping the footprints the same, Adams Homes will be able to use these new schemes alongside of their existing elevations within their current communities throughout the Florida market.”

Chad Alvarez, General Manager of Adams Homes’ Tampa operations had this to say about the new exterior designs, “In an effort to improve our product offerings we have added four new elevations for 2012. Our goal was to improve the curb appeal in our communities without increasing the costs to our customers. With the help of Keesee and Associates, Inc. we were able to add new elevations to four of our most popular floor plans.”
